Governor and First Lady help kick off Daddy of 'em All

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Governor Matt Mead and First Lady Carol Mead rode in the opening Cheyenne Frontier Days Parade today. This afternoon Governor Mead will ride in the Grand Entry to the CFD Rodeo.
