In State of the State address, Gov. Freudenthal urges continued fiscal responsibility

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Gov. Dave Freudenthal credited hard work and tough decision making for keeping the state in financial health and addressed several legislative proposals in his annual State of the State address Monday morning.

Freudenthal: “And when other states say, ‘Wyoming is so lucky,’ I don’t think it’s so much luck. Hard work makes it look like luck.”
