LARAMIE, ALBANY COUNTY STATE BARBEQUE CHAMPIONSHIP
WHEREAS, a Wyoming state barbeque championship would have a positive effect on the town of Laramie, Albany County and the great State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the mission of the volunteers of the Wyoming State Barbeque Championship Committee is to celebrate, teach, preserve, and promote barbeque as a culinary technique, sport and art form with the goal of having barbeque recognized as America's Cuisine; and
WHEREAS, any profits generated directly from the event and received by the Wyoming State Barbeque Championship Committee will be donated to benefit non-profit organizations.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, DAVE FREUDENTHAL, GOVERNOR, do hereby proclaim July 18th, 2008

in the State of Wyoming.
