HELL on WHEELS DAYS
WHEREAS, this is a great event for the Town of Cheyenne, the surrounding area, the Great State of Wyoming, and the region; and
WHEREAS, there is no question that the spirit of the old west and the cowboy way are still alive in Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the High Plains Regional Shoot Out know as “Hell on Wheels” will be held at the Cheyenne Regulators Range July 3-6, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the public is invited to visit the second largest drawing event in Cheyenne and the fourth largest Cowboy Action Shooting event in the country.
NOW THEREFORE, I, DAVE FREUDENTHAL, Governor of the State of Wyoming, do hereby proclaim July 3-6, 2008 as
“HELL on WHEELS DAYS”
in Wyoming, and encourage family and friends to visit and enjoy this entertainment in the Wyoming way.
